I have trying to get projects from elance.com and bidding for it since two months. I just got some tips from senior bidders and their tips worked out. i got my first project. So here I wanted to share that tips with all of you.
1. Bid on projects which are 1 day or more older. Then check out for the proposals. Bid only on those which have less proposals like two or three. Because when fresher bid on projects which have more than 20 proposal, they dont even read it because we are fresher and more senior ones already bid on it.
2. Explain what you understand about the project and also write what they actually need in full in your proposal. Also mention your work which you already done related to that project on which you are bidding.
3. Pay attention towards higest and lowest bid. Many people thinks that they got project if they bid low. But Actually its not like that. Try to bid for genuine amount according to project and within bid limmits.
